Returns

Our Return Policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have past since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, please email us at atillaandco@gmail.com with your order #, and your reason for your request of a return/exchange.

Please Note. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If sizing is incorrect we are happy to exchange for the right size though this will be at the buyers expense.

To be eligible for an exchange, this is at the discretion of Atilla & Co and will be determined on the reason and the products condition.

Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, and a refund is decided, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The credit back to your account will vary by bank but typically takes about 48 hours.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer, including any custom fees involved.

SALE/OUTLET ITEMS - Please note these pieces are non refundable and cannot be exchanged. Some items may be slightly defective or samples.

Shipping

Our products ship from either Bali, Indonesia or Australia. We offer a flat rate shipping service of $20 to Australia and Southeast Asia. Shipping costs to the rest of the world is a flat rate of $25 per order.

Shipping fees are not returnable under any circumstance.
