SHIPPING AND RETURNS

- We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits if your item is damaged or faulty.
- Unfortunately, due to the high cost and challenging nature associated with returning items to Bali we do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind.
- Please make sure you review your order before purchasing, unfortunately we do not offer refund or exchange if you have purchased an incorrect item or size.
- If sizing is wrong, we are happy to exchange for the right size, shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
- We do not offer exchange or refund on women's swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
- Eligibility for an exchange is at the discretion of Atilla & Co and will be determined on the reason and the products condition.
- All pieces must be returned unworn and in original condition and original packaging.
- Pieces must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we receive your request within the specified time frame.
- All sales are final after 7 days from delivery.
- Sale and Outlet items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Some items may be samples or slightly defective.
- Atilla & Co is not responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fee/s is the responsibility of the buyer, including any custom fees involved.
- Our products ship from either Bali, Indonesia or Australia. We offer a flat rate shipping service of $15 to Australia and Southeast Asia.
- Shipping costs to the rest of the world is a flat rate of $25 per order.
- Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
